Welcome to Urshult Camping
A small, cozy, peaceful, and quiet Campsite in the scenic Småland
Our Camping is located in the center of the apple orchards and strawberry fields by the shores of Åsnen.
You choose to come here if you want to enjoy the peace and quiet. Here you can fish, swim, hike, canoe, follow Åsnen's cycle paths or play a game of Petanque/Boule.
There is room for motorhomes, caravans and tents, we also have 12 detached camping cabins, all with a fantastic lake view.
All campsites have free access to electricity. Some parts of the campsite are a bit uneven, as nature has created it, but it usually works out fine.
Urshult community is within walking distance from us, where you can buy food or eat at a restaurant.
New for 2026
This year we have introduced online payment, so you no longer need to queue to check in and pay.
Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation by email.
In the confirmation you will find all necessary information, as well as codes for the service buildings, WiFi password, etc.
When you arrive, drive directly to your reserved camping pitch, tent pitch, or by your cabin and park there (an information board is located at the entrance).
Eva & Martin - We who run the campsite
We love camping, in fact so much so that we bought Urshult Camping in October 2019. We have always camped on our holidays, usually with tents and motorcycles. We even met at a campsite.
We have left the big city life in Gothenburg behind us and have now rooted ourselves in the Småland idyll.
We have done major renovations during the first seasons and we will continue to work hard to develop our campsite into a wonderful place to spend your free time
